1. Appointments & Booking
• All appointments must be booked through our official booking system or by contacting the salon directly.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if necessary.
• Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
• No-show appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee or require a deposit for future bookings.
• Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of service.
3. Pricing & Payments
• All pricing listed on the website is subject to change without notice.
• Final pricing may vary depending on hair length, time required, or additional services.
• Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major payment methods as listed on the site.
4. Service Satisfaction
• If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact the salon within 48 hours so we can make it right.
• We do not offer refunds on completed services, but we will gladly make reasonable adjustments when appropriate.
5. Gift Cards, Promotions & Packages
• All gift cards, discounts, promotions, and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
6. Health & Safety
• Clients must notify their stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the service.
• The salon reserves the right to refuse service if a condition could compromise safety.
• Children are welcome only when they have a scheduled appointment or are supervised at all times.
7. Personal Information
• By booking an appointment, you agree that we may store certain personal information necessary for scheduling and communication.
• We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
